OUR PROCESS

DEFINE

The whole process starts with a meeting with our Design-Build Team.

During the initial consultation, we will determine your priorities, establish a pre-budget goal and determine any constraints that will likely impact your project. We will walk you through our entire Design-Build process and set expectations from the start what you can expect from Zieba Builders. With the information collected at this initial meeting, we will be able to execute a Design Agreement to begin the design process.

DESIGN

Bringing your vision to life.

The Design-Build Process at Zieba Builders is necessarily interactive. You will meet with your design team many times during the design phase. We do this so you can refine concepts and review costs until your design and budget are in sync. To help you visualize your project, we use the latest 3D design software, allowing you to “walk through” your space or see photo-realistic images if necessary.

BUILD

From the design concept to your home.

As part of your of your construction project, Zieba Builders will secure necessary permits for you. We also set your project up on our communication software. Your private access to our construction communication portal keeps all the details of your projects progress at your fingertips. Throughout the project, your project manager will keep you informed about upcoming milestones or to ask and answer questions related to your project. Once your construction is complete, your project manager will walk through the project with you, ensuring that you are satisfied with your new space.
