Karen Zieba - Vice President

With her award-winning background in sales and marketing and expertise in financial management, Karen Zieba oversees Zieba Builders’ daily business operations, financial management, and sales planning and forecasting. Serving as vice president and director of sales and marketing, Karen Zieba is responsible for the construction firm’s outreach efforts and overall client services. Her responsibilities include tracking the bottom line on each phase of their construction projects, forecasting expenditures, and securing appropriate insurance to protect the company and their clients’ interests. She also oversees and initiates employee training, initiates the company’s marketing strategies, and reviews contracts ensuring ongoing, high quality customer service is provided.

Karen joined her husband, Joe, as vice president of Zieba Builders in 2002 after a highly successful career in national sales. During her 25 years as a national sales and marketing rep for the medical industry, Karen was consistently a top ten producer in her field. A two-time, award winner, Karen Zieba received the prestigious Kendall Healthcare Curity Club Award in _____ and the Sherwood Medical Masters Award in ________for top national sales.

Applying this same spirit of excellence to Zieba Builders’ operations, Karen helps keep Zieba Builders a driving force in the construction industry. In addition to her role as vice president, Karen is a trustee for the National Association of Home Builders, 20 Club Program, a national peer review group dedicated to improving the home building industry.

When not working on the job, Karen is involved in raising the couple’s four-year-old son and two-year-old daughter and playing an active role in their lives.
